Last updated: June 2, 2026 · Operator: Skyecon Contracting Ltd.
1. Service description and beta status
ApplyCrew provides a private hosted AI career workspace and career-agent workflow for organizing career information, preparing drafts, tracking opportunities, and managing a job-search campaign under customer instructions. ApplyCrew is in beta and parts of the dev site use prototype checkout and activation flows.
2. Subscription licence
ApplyCrew grants the customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription licence to access and use the hosted ApplyCrew AI career workspace during an active subscription, subject to these Terms. No ownership of ApplyCrew software, infrastructure, models, code, systems, or host resources is transferred.
3. Customer content ownership
As between ApplyCrew and the customer, the customer retains ownership of résumés, documents, messages, credentials, career information, job-search materials, and other content they provide. The customer grants ApplyCrew a limited licence to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and consent settings.
4. Customer authority and responsibility
The customer is responsible for instructions given to the agent, information supplied to the workspace, accounts connected to the workspace, and decisions made using ApplyCrew outputs. The customer must have the right to upload documents, connect accounts, and instruct the agent. The customer must review materials where required and is responsible for truthfulness.
5. No professional advice or guaranteed outcome
ApplyCrew is not a law firm, immigration consultant, doctor, therapist, financial advisor, recruiter, or employment agency. ApplyCrew does not guarantee employment, interviews, income, employer responses, workplace retention, promotion, or any particular career outcome.
6. Truthful information only
Customers must not use ApplyCrew to create, submit, or support false or misleading claims about education, credentials, licences, work authorization, employment history, references, skills, identity, or experience.
7. Delegation, approvals, and platform rules
ApplyCrew may prepare drafts, organize actions, and support workflows, but customers remain responsible for final decisions and for complying with laws, workplace rules, platform terms, and third-party rights. ApplyCrew may require approval before sensitive actions.
8. Workspace controls and acceptable use
ApplyCrew may impose technical limits, rate limits, access restrictions, workflow approvals, source limits, and security controls. ApplyCrew may refuse, pause, or require review for actions that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, unauthorized, or outside the intended service. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
ApplyCrew may suspend or terminate access if the customer violates the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, payment obligations, security rules, or if use creates risk to ApplyCrew, other customers, third parties, connected platforms, or the public. ApplyCrew may preserve records reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or investigation.
10. Billing and cancellation
The intended beta price is $100 every 14 days, cancel anytime before the next billing period. The current dev-site checkout is a prototype and does not process real payment.
11. Disclaimer and limitation placeholder
These Terms are draft beta terms and require legal review. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override non-waivable consumer, privacy, or statutory rights.
