What personal information is collected

ApplyCrew may collect name, email, customer region, target-work region, eligibility certification, Telegram activation details, career documents, résumé content, onboarding answers, job-search preferences, support messages, beta activity logs, consent records, and workspace records.

Purposes for collection, use, and disclosure

ApplyCrew uses information to operate the beta, verify accounts, activate Telegram access, organize career materials, build career profiles, prepare drafts, track campaign activity, provide support, secure the service, debug problems, prevent abuse, and improve ApplyCrew with consent where required.

AI and service providers

ApplyCrew may use hosting, email, messaging, storage, security, analytics, and AI service providers to deliver the service. Providers may process information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Cross-border processing

Personal information may be processed or stored outside your province or country by ApplyCrew or its service providers, where it may be subject to lawful access rules in those jurisdictions.

No sale of personal information

ApplyCrew does not sell personal information.

Retention, export, and deletion

ApplyCrew keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the identified purposes, beta operations, security, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Customers can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting the privacy email.

Security safeguards

ApplyCrew uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of career documents and workspace data, including access controls, per-workspace separation, audit logs, and operational security controls. No online system can remove every security risk.

High-risk data

Do not upload SINs, banking logins, government ID images, medical records, immigration documents, criminal record documents, or passwords unless ApplyCrew explicitly requests them through an approved secure process for a specific purpose.
