ApplyCrew is for lawful, truthful career use only. ApplyCrew may suspend unsafe or prohibited use.

Prohibited uses

• False résumés, fake credentials, fake references, false work authorization, or misleading applications.
• Spam, harassment, abusive messaging, or unwanted mass contact.
• Phishing, credential theft, account takeover, malware, exploits, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized access.
• Bypassing MFA, workplace security controls, platform restrictions, or administrator blocks.
• Uploading files you have no right to use.
• Collecting, scraping, or storing third-party personal information without authority.
• Impersonating another person without authorization.
• Criminal activity, fraud, threats, hate, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• Evading court orders, employment restrictions, warrants, or legal duties.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing workspace access.
• Trying to access other customers' workspaces or ApplyCrew host systems.

Enforcement actions

ApplyCrew may warn, require human review, disable a tool or source, pause a workspace, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant logs, refund if appropriate, or cooperate with lawful requests where required.
