Workspace security summary

Each customer receives a private workspace logically separated from other customers. The workspace is not dedicated physical hardware unless expressly stated.

Designed for isolation

ApplyCrew uses customer-specific workspace identifiers, dedicated storage paths, per-customer document areas, per-customer logs, access controls, least-privilege tool permissions, and audit records where practical.

Customer obligations

Customers must use only accounts and documents they are authorized to use, must not share workspace access, must not upload materials they have no right to use, and must not try to access other customers' workspaces or ApplyCrew host systems.

No perfect-security claim

ApplyCrew uses reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of career data, but no online service can remove every security risk or promise that a breach could never happen.

Export and deletion

Customers can request export or deletion through Contact, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution retention needs.
